This is "Bernard" the Highland Cow. Bernard is part of of my collection of Framed Artwork.  All of my framed artwork has been famed by my good friend, Heidi of the Rustic Picture Frame Company.
 
This  large Highland Cow painting is an original piece of artwork and he has been lovingly hand-painted on a beautiful piece of English Oak. The wood has some beautiful pitting on it and I have painted Bernard so as to display and celebrate the beauty of the wood itself. The frame too is made from (reclaimed) oak. 
 
As with all my wildlife wood art, Bernard is a one-off animal portrait and comes  to hang on your wall in his beautiful rustic frame. Bernard would look beautiful in a kitchen, lounge, bedroom, hallway or conservatory and would make a lovely,  very unique wildlife gift for a nature-loving friend or family member.
