Its not often that I paint on paper but this lovely oystercatcher painting has been hand-painted in acrylic paint and then framed in a beautiful rustic frame by Heidi of The Rustic Picture Frame Company.   The Oak Heidi's used to make the frame was once part of a footbridge on Hayling Island. It has a beautiful, textured and weathered surface which gives an overall pleasing appearance. 
 
This original framed oystercatcher painting sits sits in a cream mount-board which compliments both the artwork and the frame.
