This swallow painting on reclaimed wood has been hand-painted on a beautiful piece of reclaimed wood which has some beautiful markings in it, known as spalting and a live edge too.  
 
"Maverick", was inspired by both the beautiful wood I've painted on and seeing the swallows at this time of year. The combination of the bright blue on the swallow  and the wood give the piece a very natural, rustic feel; perfect for wood and nature lovers.   
 
This swallow painting on reclaimed wood has been hand-painted in acrylic paint and then coated in a matt varnish for lasting protection against water damage and UV.
