This beautiful hare print on sustainable wood is a print of one of my original hare paintings named "Beatrice". It has been printed locally, with high-quality UV ink on to a stunning piece of wood. 
 
Each piece of wood that I work with is individually shaped and carved by myself. For my prints on wood I work primarily with English oak and ash but there are never two pieces of wood the same so every print on wood will vary. Each print ordered however, will have the same image of a hare printed on it and will have been made with the up-most love and care.

I paint British wildlife on wood rather than canvas as I love using wood as a natural and sustainable background to my artwork. Much of the wood that I work with is reclaimed and therefore has some beautiful markings and character that deserve to be preserved and celebrated for years to come.
